The pool is open daily from Memorial Day until Labor day from 9 AM - 9 PM, weather permitting.
Yes. We allow (2) pets per household. Cats or dogs with dogs having breed restrictions and a combined weight limit of 80 lbs.

We bill a monthly liability fee which covers our building and equipment in the event of natural disaster or damages caused by residents. We do however strongly encourage each resident to obtain personal contents coverage on their own to insure their belongings are covered.

If you can find someone to take over your lease with an approved application, then you may be released. In addition, we offer a pre-set termination clause; a 60 days written notice and a termination fee of one month's rent and $300 refurbishing charge.
