We have a business center with Starbucks coffee, swimming pool, off-leash dog park, 24-hour fitness center, beautiful duck pond and plots for gardening.
The pool is open daily from Memorial Day until Labor day from 9 AM - 9 PM, weather permitting.
Yes. We allow (2) pets per household. Cats or dogs with dogs having breed restrictions and a combined weight limit of 80 lbs.

Rent can be paid via personal check, money order, or cashier's check in the office. In addition credit/debit card payments can be made via our resident portal online.
We bill a monthly liability fee which covers our building and equipment in the event of natural disaster or damages caused by residents. We do however strongly encourage each resident to obtain personal contents coverage on their own to insure their belongings are covered.
Our preferred provider for cable and/or internet is Cox Communications.
If you can find someone to take over your lease with an approved application, then you may be released. In addition, we offer a pre-set termination clause; a 60 days written notice and a termination fee of one month's rent and $300 refurbishing charge. Finally, military personnel who receive PCS orders, are called up to active duty, or separation from the military may be released after providing the appropriate documentation.
Electric and gas services can be set up by calling the utility provider or online.
It is your responsibility to pay for electric and gas service through the local provider. Additionally, water, sewer, and trash services will be allocated monthly to each household.
